1 pound of fat is 3500 calories. Our diet is 6 days a week so to be realistic we have made 3000 per pound maximum loss possible. To get a good average calorie use a day you take your weight in pounds and multiply with 15. Here is a schedule what is possible. Do not worry about a single reading just because you drank a big glass of water. It is the end result that matters. So if you are 100kg / 220lbs then your max fat loss over the 2 weeks is 3.5kg / 7.6lbs

A typical low carb high protein diet starts with a dramatic loss of weight the first 3-4 days. This is not just fat, it is mostly water loss and because you are going to the toilet a lot more than usual. Then it stabilises and drops slowly. Remember when you loose weight then you also have a lower daily average in the future for your new weight. Use the below diagram to see your average person calories. You basically take your weight in pounds (kg x 2.2) and multiply with 15 as a good rule of thumb. So lets say you started out at 90 kg and now are 80 kg. That means that your average daily usage also drops from 2970 to 2640 calories per day. So in any case you just have to get used to eating less in the future. There is no smart way around it with all the fancy diets. It is all about tricking yourself into believing your are eating the same while getting less calories.
