DAY 1-6

 

The first week is always the hardest especially the first 2 days so you will have to accept that this is hard. If you want some 3 month diet and gradually loose weight then do another diet. But you want to do this thing and loose weight now then you now have a simple and super effective plan that works. It is not a quick fix and it is not easy but it works and it is super simple to follow. No counting calories or do anything. The meals are the same for 6 days and they give you everything to survive while burning fat.

 

Preparation every morning (or evening before)

Hard-boil and peel 10 eggs (10 min). Eat 3 quickly. Put 3 in lunch box and 4 in the fridge.

 

Lunch box

3 eggs, 1 carrot, 1 apple, 2 raisin packs and 2 multi-vitamins, Magnesium Citrate pills.

Bring 3 water bottles to work.

 

Morning 7-9 am (210 calories)

Eat 3 eggs with black pepper

Drink black coffee / tea

Drink 1/2L water

 

Mid-morning 10-11 am (73 calories)

Eat 1 carrot and one multivitamin and a magnesium citrate

Eat raisins mini snack 14 grams

Drink 1/2L water

Drink black coffee / tea

 

Lunch 12-2 pm (210 calories)

Eat 3 eggs with black pepper

Drink black coffee / tea

Drink 1/2L water

 

Afternoon 3-5 pm (113 calories)

Eat 1 apple and one multivitamin and one magnesium citrate

Eat raisins mini snack 14 grams

Drink black coffee / tea

Drink 1/2L water

 

Dinner 6-9 pm (580 calories)

Eat 4 eggs with black pepper

Drink 1/2 bottle of wine

Drink 1/2L water

Drink black coffee / tea

 

 

 

 

Total per day 1186 calories
